huh.. just looking at wireshark again now. struggling a bit with the filters since the old days of etherreal, but when I put the display filter udp.port==4172 into the connection server, I see nothing at all, so that means no UDP traffic I guess. But when I used NMAP to scan UDP through the firewall it said it was open. I will have a look at the video as well.
