You should be looking at the wireshark trace on the Security Server (not Connection Server). If you are not seeing UDP 4172 packets from the View Client to the Security Server then that will point to something (a firewall etc.) blocking UDP 4172 between client and Security Server. That will certainly give a black screen if that's the case.
